Where is The Vasement located?
The Vasement is in the Basement of our Home in Portland, Oregon.
We currently do not offer pick-up, but as this Day Dream grows, we hope The Vasement can find itself in a small shop for people to come in and smell the flowers!
Are all purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on fresh flowers.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
If there is any issues with you're arrangement, please contact us.
You only deliver Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday?
WE ONLY DO DELIVERIES ON MONDAY, TUESDAY, FRIDAY AND SATURDAY.
As we get more orders this will change, but currently this is the way it is.
9AM-1PM DELIVERY HOURS
On delivery days all arrangements will be delivered in the time window of 9AM-1PM. Please contact us if you need to request a time outside that window, fees may apply.
We are currently only offering deliveries within 20 miles of The Vasement.
